CCRA Mid-America CBRN Response Enterprise – Illinois

About

The Mid-America CBRN Response Enterprise Chapter was established on 17 October 2015 in Macomb, Illinois.  We are determined to preserve and promote the history  and traditions of the U.S. Army Chemical Corps and the DoD CBRN Response Enterprise while supporting; Soldiers, Families, and Communities of the Chapter by maintaining the chapter Honor, Integrity, and Legacy.  This chapter enables mentorship, networking, professional development, scholarship, benevolence, and community outreach across the vast Mid-America Region spanning over fifteen states.

Mission:

Preserve and promote the history and traditions of the U.S. Army Chemical Corps, the CBRN Response Enterprise, and service members of Consequence Management while supporting; Soldiers, Families, and the Communities of the Chapter by maintaining the Chapter Honor, Integrity, and Legacy.  The Chapter will enable mentorship, networking, professional development, scholarship, and community outreach across the Mid-America Region.

Vision:

A model non-Profit (501c3) organization, fully aligned with the Chemical Corps Regimental Association and known for its energetic role within the community for supporting Soldiers, Families, and their greater communities.

Mentorship & Professional Development – Maintain advantage of mentorship opportunities and Leader Professionalism through DoD CBRN Operator Human Capital Development.

Networking – Maintain influence with Senior Leaders, developing a bond with Dragon Soldiers across the Chemical, DoD CBRN CRE, and Consequence Management Spectrum.

Morale and Benevolence – Maintain community outreach in the Mid-America Region by paying forward, giving back, and building up our network of families, companies, and educational institutions.

Chapter Legacy – Maintain contact with members, recruit for the CCRA and the Chapter, maintaining archives for the future of the Chapter, the CCRA, and the Chemical Corps.

Recognition – Highlight the Chemical Corps, DoD CBRN CRE, and Consequence Management CBRN Operator Heroes of the past, present, and future through awards, scholarships, and publications.
